UA Government Relations connects our university to members of Congress, the executive branch, and national education organizations. As the world’s leading arctic research institution, UA engages in numerous partnerships with federal research agencies and the military. To maintain the university's pre-eminence in arctic research, we inform ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵmakers about UA’s role as an engine for scientific discovery and innovation. We work closely with ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ’s congressional delegation to represent UA’s funding interests and ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ goals in Washington D.C.
